Why Every Woman Needs a Collective: Build While You Wait Inside the Gladiators Collective Community!

There seems to be a myth that ‘making it’ means you have to do it all alone, but that doesn’t have to be the case. Wouldn’t it be easier to grow within a community?

Join Our Collective

We are inviting women at every stage: new professionals, seasoned leaders, and those navigating career transitions to apply for the Gladiators Collective Community. We launch in May 2026 in honor of Small Business Month.

Why Community Matters

In most professions and in life in general, we tend to focus on technical skills, but the most sustainable growth happens through community. Many of us need a space to admit moments of doubt and pressure without fear of judgment, and at times, a reset.

When one woman solves a problem, simple or complex, the whole collective learns. That is our shared resilience.

More Than Just Networking

Community results in faster pivots during career transitions, more confident salary negotiations, and a profound shift from imposter syndrome to intentional leadership, and healthy work‑life balance. The success of a true community is measured in the pivot- the ability to move from waiting for an opportunity to building value while you wait. It’s about turning the quiet wins into the foundation of our professional story.

I’ve seen what happens when women gather with intention. From my faith-based communities to industry and mentoring spaces, and now leading the Gladiators Collective Community, I know the difference between casual connection and purposeful growth. Intentional communities don’t just support you; they expand your learning, challenge your beliefs, and stretch what you think is possible.

That’s what this Collective is designed to do.

So how do we move beyond the theory of support and into practice? Start here with us as we grow the YPPMC | YP Personnel Management & Consulting peer community.

What Makes the Gladiators Collective Different

The Gladiator's Collective is built differently. It’s a learning and development space to develop a new skill or strengthen an existing one while you are in transition. This is an exclusive environment that connects you to resources and experiences designed to strengthen how you show up, position your value, and prepare you for what’s next, alongside a Collective of women expanding our network to empower, develop, and train one another. This isn’t passive learning: this is your ‘job’ while you’re between jobs.

News Worth Sharing! Shared Insights & Solutions | February 2026 This month, I’m exploring why being “busy” isn’t the same as being productive. For a long time, many leaders believed being “busy” meant being productive. Success was measured by hours at a desk or emails sent—an approach that shaped leaders at every stage, from first-time managers to executive leaders. That era is over. In 2026, the most successful leaders aren't looking at "activity"—they are looking at Behavioral ROI—the...
